As an engineer for Jack Tyler Engineering, Inc. I put my experience and knowledge to use as a problem solver for not only customer applications, but for organizational processes as well. The end product of what we are able to achieve at JTEI is directly correlated to how we operate internally. To put it simply, the better and more efficient we operate as a company, the better products and services we are able to deliver to our customers. As a team, we strive to continually improve internally so externally we produce the best results for our customers. Rear Admiral Grace Murray Hopper said it best. “The most damaging phrase in the language is 'We've always done it this way.' My background is in mechanical engineering where I received my bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. I went on to further expand my knowledge in the business aspect and earned my master’s degree in engineering management at Arkansas State University – Jonesboro.
