I am a seasoned professional with 24+ years of technology solutions and leadership experience in the military and civilian sectors. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for directing cross-functional teams, as well as for spearheading training and development efforts and resolving complex issues, I have a verifiable history of contributing directly to success throughout my career. Professional focal points include cross-functional team leadership, operations management, military operations, technology solutions, training and development, briefing, instruction and education, strategic planning, issue resolution, warehouse management, process optimization, performance assessment, and project management. Delivering superior administration on the latter areas of expertise requires utilization of effective communication skills, analytical thinking skills, as well as professional acumen, policy compliance, strategy management and resource management to support efficiency and maximum returns. Currently, I am the Squad Leader and Scout Platoon with the HHC 3-156th Infantry Battalion. I also currently serve full-time as an Administrative Technician on Active Duty-Operational Support (ADOS). I have completed two deployments to the Iraq theater of operations as Section Leader and Electronic Warfare Sergeant. In addition, I liaise with senior leadership, soldiers, and cross-functional teams to ensure the military’s operational support structure is driving forward.
