About Cory Hinkle

Current position: I am currently working as a sonographer at a pediatric hospital. I have 3 sonography registries with intentions on obtaining more. As an employee at Nationwide Children's Hospital, I perform a wide range of studies on patients. I am also working closely with a provider and other colleagues to perform diagnostic musculoskeletal exams for patients with hemophilia. Prior experience: I have more than 12 years experience in leadership. This experience includes myriad administrative tasks, employee requisition, training, and operational acumen. Education: At this time, I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in healthcare management. I will finish this degree program and graduate summa cum laude in June, 2024. I will begin my Master's of Business Administration program in the Autumn of 2024. Career: I enjoy working with children. Using my skills and knowledge to help diagnose disease is very fulfilling. I have always envisioned myself having a career that helps others. Sonography has afforded me the opportunity to do that and to have a lasting impact on the lives of those I serve. In the future, I hope to advance within the medical field to an administrative role. This would allow me to continue to help patients and have a more significant impact on the organization I work for. In addition to this, I would also like to be an educator. Passing on acquired knowledge to others has always been a personal passion.
