With over 10 years of experience in the youth serving charitable sector, I am a passionate and dedicated program manager who strives to create positive and meaningful experiences for children/youth and staff/volunteers. I have a strong background in organizational development, team management, and employee engagement, and I am certified by Dale Carnegie Training in leadership and communication skills. I currently work at Evermore Gather Grow Lead, a non-profit organization that provides innovative and empowering programs for youth in the West Central area of Winnipeg As a program manager, I oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various programs that aim to foster personal and professional growth, social inclusion, and community engagement. I collaborate with a team of program facilitators, volunteers, and partners to design and deliver engaging activities, and events. I also manage the resources and logistics of the programs, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance. Some of the skills that I use and develop in this role are organizational development, team management, employee engagement, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and creativity.
