In my career, Learning and development has been my passion since focusing on the industry in the mid-2010's. Providing employees a logistical, informational, and more importantly, a welcoming experience when learning a new job is one of the most important parts of L&D, as it is usually the 1st interaction an employee has with a company. For existing employees, enhancing their current internal library is the most important part of their career growth and engagement. Speaking of engagement, I have been involved with employee engagement for the last decade, managing employee engagement, and I am currently involved in Cardinal Financial's "Culture Crew". I believe that getting employees engaged with your brand and company is important for an overall buy-in and full support of your staff. I currently hold the position of Manager, Learning & Development Logistics at Cardinal Financial Company Some of my experiences include holding the positions of Manager; Employee and Community Development, Senior Training Specialist & Branch Manager at Nutmeg State Financial Credit Union. My experience also includes working for one of the largest entertainment companies in the world, WWE (formally known as World Wrestling Entertainment).
