I've been in the Oilfield Industry for 26yrs. Started out working for a Swabbing Co. on land then moved to Drilling on Jack-up Rigs. From there I went on to work Production Operations on the shelf in GOM as a "B" Operator for a few yrs. I've worked for an Energy Service Co. for the past 19yrs. and have worked my way up from an Operators helper to a Field Project Manager overseeing projects from start to finish (well completions, new & work over well flowbacks, well & platform commissioning & de-commissioning, pipeline & flowline flushing/hydro-testing-de-commissioning on land & offshore, running pigging campaigns on new & existing pipelines) and a number of other experiences that have allowed me to meet a slu of great people along the way. I still continue to look for that next project/new experience to add to my advancement in the industry to further my career.
