Forward thinking, motivated and passionate leader with experience guiding teams through complex and ambiguous projects. Innovation and Value Engineering Co-developed a new building process to increase safety and improve manufacturing efficiency that on average, decreased manufacturing costs by 20% and delivery time by up to 50%. Designed a flooring system that significantly improved structural floor performance ratings as well as manufacturing and site construction costs compared to that of traditional methods for a Tier 1 Canadian home builder. This system became the standard for all future designs. Assessed the efficiency and cost of structural, architectural, and mechanical components of an existing line of homes and redesigned them to align with the newly improved panelization process. Project Management Directed and managed the design, manufacturing and installation of multi-family, commercial and single family projects of up to 400 homes ($1M in revenue earnings) varying in size and complexity. Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects with remote design teams by closely monitoring project risks, timelines and team performance.
