Cory is the President and Co-Founder of Big Jump Entertainment, a premier animation studio in Canada, known for crafting original and service-based content from preschool to prime time, including features, for top networks and platforms such as Netflix, Amazon, Comedy Central, CBC, TVO, YouTube, and TUBI. Cory is responsible for new business and is keenly aware of the creative needs across all departments, as well as the challenges clients face in financing shows, closing co-productions, and meeting industry and client demands. RECIPE FOR RUNNING A STUDIO • 2 pounds of courage • 2,1/2 tablespoons of sass and determination • 1 full human heart – (not a real heart, just one full of passion) • 4 cups of experience • 1 great partner • 1 incredible mentor • 100 + amazingly talented people • 13 lucky stars • 2 cups of ACME creative juices • Mix well • Add salt to taste. • Bake for the duration of each project.
