Dedicated claims professional with 15 years of industry knowledge. I began my jorney with State Farm in their corporate agency support center. In this position I was tasked with providing support to Agent's and their staff in the areas of marketing, compensation, contracts and sales promotions. In November 2011 I moved to Farmers Insurance to join their property claims team in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. In this roll I determine cause of loss and coverage based on the policy which our insured has. I provide our insured with a detailed explanation of the settlement based on the facts provided during my investigation and policy guideline. Since November of 2017 I have been in the General Adjuster roll with Farmers Insurance. In this capacity I have handled over 400 complex fire and water losses in excess of 500k in exposure through out Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Arkansas. I have provided catastrophe support for Colorado wildfires (2022), New Mexico wildfires (2022), Texas Freeze event 2021, Tornado losses in Dallas (October 2019), California wildfire losses (camp fires 2018), multi scheduled mobile home hurricane losses(Florida 2017). I also provide mentorship to reserve general adjusters and have lead training classes to the local claims office. My goal is to provide the best customer service during the homeowners greatest time of need by quality communication along with timely delivery of quality claims settlements.
