About Cory Requa

I am a Network+ certified IT professional with 3 years experience implementing network/computer configurations, hardware, and support. Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, computer hardware troubleshooting, and repair. Experienced configuring and maintaining Cisco routers and Cisco switches. Highly proficient in network systems, hardware configuration, network cabling, troubleshooting, and maintenance. In the Army my job is to establish a satellite communication link and provide voice and data services to the users we are supporting. I am also responsible for network administration and troubleshooting of the LAN. I have experience setting up and managing VoIP phones through Cisco call manager. I am extremely organized and very quick to learn new things. I do not like to waste time, but rather work quickly and efficiently to get the task at hand done. I am excellent at problem solving, customer service, and critical thinking skills. I also work well in a team environment, and I am able to learn new concepts quickly. Active secret security clearance. I have a strong passion for computers, technology, and networking. I have an associate of science degree in computer maintenance technology. I am also CompTIA Network+ certified. I attended the Army advanced individual training where I graduated with honors.
