No two clients are alike and I believe it’s important to spend time getting to know their goals and objectives so the best possible solution can be implemented. With more than 18 years of experience working on retirement plans, I have developed experience and expertise in a variety of areas: Types of Retirement Plans: • 401k Profit Sharing • Safe Harbor 401k • New Comparability (cross-tested) • Cash Balance Plans • Defined Benefit Plans • Combination Plans (combining two plans for larger contributions & deductions) • ESOPS • Non-Qualified Management/Consulting/Administration Experience: • Manage retirement plan administration operations for our defined benefit team • Consult with Plan Sponsors, Financial Advisers, CPAs, and Attorneys • Review and conduct compliance testing on qualified plans (including 401(a)(4), Top Heavy, ADP/ACP, 410(b), 401(a)(26) and 404). • Developed & maintain MGKS Retirement Plan Proposal spreadsheets and reports. • Plan design & implementation • Develop and implement workflow and quality control system enhancements. • Develop and implement paperless office procedures and best practices. • Train new Retirement Plan Administrators
