I've always enjoyed helping people and putting others before myself. Seeing how happy people are after I help them solve an issue motivates me to help more anywhere I can. I've worked from cutting meat in fast food to welding in a refinery to stocking produce at your local grocery store. All of that was great learning experience, but what I wanted most was that M-F 9-5 job. I got my first in office job at a local Solar/Electrical company as a Permit Runner. Not only did I move up from that position to become a Project Manager but I excelled at the following positions because I really enjoyed helping people make a difference. I moved all the way up to directing my own small department. Shortly after the entire company went under a few changes and got extremely stressful. I left the company to have more time and destress from the whole office environment. I am very detail oriented, with good time management and great communication skills. I work great with cross functional teams and really apply critical thinking to tough problems. 7+ years of Customers Service experience, 3+ years of Project Managing experience, familiar with Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Smartsheets, Sunnova, Monday.com, Google Calendar and Google Drive. Completed the Google Project Management Certification course. I have prior work in the solar industry but I'd love to work anywhere with wonderful people. Highly motivated and ready to get the ball moving!
