About Cory Simpson

Growing up being involved in all small renovation projects around the house and keeping occupied by building exterior forts and treehouses, I was drawn to the construction industry. In High School taking a course in which you build a house and getting summer jobs working in the industry, I have honed my carpentry skills for over 15 years. With the knowledge of practical construction mastered I turned to design and building methods to improve my skills. I spent 2 years studying all aspects of architectural design and building code practices at Algonquin College. Having the skillset and experience of labourer up to senior leadership positions in leading firms in the Ottawa area has lead me to design, build and manage growingly magnificent projects. I have recently started my own contracting company to take my career to the next level and provide my excellent services to more people on an idividual level. Each construction project is unique and building methods are constantly changing and improving, which makes this career exciting, I am a sponge for knowledge and constantly look for honing my skills. I am a born builder.
