I have over 15 years of experience working in medium to large scale facilities. Currently, I work as the inaugural Engineering coordinator at the newly built Victorian heart hospital, looking to better integrate engineering processes, and improve services for our customers by using advanced analytic software through BMS systems, creating and maintaining maintenance models, and onboarding new process that will help save no for profits unnecessary expenditure. Previously, I was part of the asset management team for Serco ASPAC that were contracted to manage an immigrationfacilityon behalf of the Department of Home Affairs. this is where I coordinated the delivery of essential services to the facility, coordinated both reactive and scheduled maintenance, assisted in small project delivery whilst also assiting in the management of all asset and there life-cycle management. Competencies: change management, integration management project management, asset management, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
