I am an experienced IT professional who has used various software applications and hardware types. I am most proficient in Office 365, Active Directory and Windows Applications, but have gained experience in a broad array of applications over the years including some project management and leadership work. I have always been known as a go-to person for the clients and people I support. Some of the things I'm proud of through my work career: • Helping to grow a service desk team at my previous job. • Performing and assisting in multiple Messaging and Workflow migrations for a large financial institution. • Leading a team that helped a large health care company update and migrate their messaging clients. • Training down-level support in new skills to further support our clients on a greater and more efficient basis. • Assisting and supporting a large packaging company in their move from one messaging platform to another. • Providing recognized outstanding support for all the clients I work with. • Receiving consultant of the quarter four times in a row for the work I did supporting a large financial institution. • Providing project updates to my co-workers and customers in support of our group. • For several years, I represented my group in project, change and update meetings so as to free up my co-workers to continue their daily support.
