What I enjoy most about my work is helping teams succeed. Most recently I have started three new preventative maintenance programs that can be transferred nearly anywhere. These programs are looked after by operations and are offloading the day to day maintenance teams. Doing this has instilled a sense of ownership in the team and gives me a great sense of pride watching the operations group blossom into the best employees they can be. Accomplishing this and leading/training the group as a Team Leader is a very rewarding way to put in the day.
