About Cosmin Cotia

I help B2B companies, agencies, and industrial businesses build intelligent revenue systems by combining AI agents, automation engineering, and Industry 4.0 principles with strategic sales execution. Having spent over a decade at the intersection of technology and business execution, I approach growth not as a game of luck, but as an engineered system. I design and deploy AI-driven agents and automation infrastructure that eliminate manual bottlenecks, connect fragmented workflows, and give organizations a scalable, self-running pipeline — without losing the human touch that B2B relationships still require. My career has spanned software engineering, product development, AI/ML systems, business development, and executive leadership, giving me a full-stack understanding of how organizations are architected, automated, and scaled. As Founder of RehabX, I built Brain Symphony, a VR platform for mental wellbeing and cognitive regulation used in 35+ countries engineering complex, sensor-driven systems from the ground up. Holding a PhD in Engineering, I bring deep technical expertise in AI, automation, and systems design to organizations navigating Industry 4.0 transformation and B2B growth. If you're looking to deploy AI agents, automate your operations, or modernize your business for Industry 4.0, let's connect.
