I am a highly ambitious, results-driven and strongly motivated by continuous personal and professional development. I am consistently open to new opportunities that allow me to enhance my skill set, expand my competencies, and contribute effectively to organizational success. I possess substantial experience in team management and development. In my capacity as a team leader, I have directly managed large teams, and subsequently, as a manager, I have overseen broader organizational structures by supervising team leaders and holding overall responsibility for departmental performance. Through these roles, I have developed strong leadership, coordination, and performance management capabilities. My professional career in Finance began eight years ago, during which time I have gained extensive exposure to multiple Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with a primary focus on SAP. My core expertise lies within the Accounts Receivable function; however, I also have solid experience in cross-functional projects and a comprehensive understanding of the main operational areas within Finance. This broad exposure has enabled me to develop a holistic perspective on financial processes and interdepartmental collaboration.
