Statistical Analyses using Minitab, Graphpad PRISM, and Microsoft Excel. Plate-based assays, ELISA, chromogenic and luciferase assays. 7 years+: Mammal and non-model organism cell culture: assay development, differentiation and viability assays, passaging and cryobanking, suspension and adherent cells, stem cells (iPSC, ESC and NSC), cell lines (HeLA and HEK), primary cells (neurons, ovaries, oocytes, and NSCs), tissue culture, organoids, and explants. CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing: technique development, optimization, and application. Transfection and microinjection-based methods for payload delivery. Validation of antibodies, Western blots and downstream analysis. Supervision of teams, project management, Manuscripts and grants review and editing. 5+ years: NGS library preparation for illumina platform sequencing, and downstream bioinformatics analyses (Most experience with R packages: DEseq2, smplot2, and ggplot2). Diverse animal model surgical and in vivo work (Rat, mouse, pig, Drosophila melanogaster, marine organisms), includes experience in Drosophila genetics and "fly-pushing," IACUC protocols. Immunoprecipitation and chromatin: CHIP-PCR and CHIP-seq. Antibody design and validation. 1 year: GMP scale-up of human cell therapies, Electronic recordkeeping for IND submission. Clinical Trials. in-utero/ in-vivo electroporation for payload delivery in murine models. LCM (Laser capture microdissection). Cell sorting: FACS and Flow cytometry (FACSAria and Cytek Aurora).
