About Costel Cristea

It's hard to compete with all the laser focused, hard working, team players out here, because. I must confess, I'm not always motivated, as I sometimes procrastinate. I'm not always a team player, as I prefer doing some things by myself, and I have my moments when I'm not that easy going. Focused? Depends, there are days when I dream and wonder about life. Creative? I find this impossible to do "on command". Hard working? Most of the time, but I can get bored of repetitive tasks. What I never do is give up. If you kick me out the door, I will find that window cracked open to get back inside. Some will say THIS is motivation, I call it stubbornness. I find meaningless pleasure in competition, and if there's a 1st place involved in the process, be sure I will aim for it. What else? An average guy with a diverse background and experience, which helps me understand human nature on a subtle level. Am I the perfect man for the job? Sure not. Will I fight to earn my spot? For sure!
