As Area General Manager, I am accountable for the leadership, management and development across all aspects of Data Center clients in the Nordic region and manage the Data Centre Solutions business unit. I am responsible for the growth and success of existing accounts, as well as for expanding new business across the entire service portfolio. By serving as a role model within my team, I energize and empower my colleagues, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. I am deeply involved in driving the success and sustainability of our business, maintaining strong connections with all relevant departments within our matrix organization as well as with our customers. My core competencies include environmental sustainability and optimization, data center design and operations, capacity planning, rack delivery, installation, decommissioning, incident management, technical support, and people management. My objective is to achieve success by mentoring, coaching, and developing my team members, ensuring empowerment and accountability at every level.
