About Coty Craft

I have over 11 years of combined experience working in a management/leadership capacity and within the transportation industry. Currently, I work as the Director of Utility and Railroad Services at Beam, Longest, and Neff, where I lead a cross-functional team of 5, providing quality and efficient utility/railroad coordination services. I'm deeply passionate about creating a team environment that strives to provide the best product to our clients. Previously, I worked at the Indiana Department of Transportation in the Utility Department as a utility coordinator and the Construction Department as a construction inspector. This was promptly preceded by my honor as serving in the United States Army as a Combat Medic Sergeant; where I gained organizational leadership qualities to help my team overcome all facets of obstacles. It was a daily goal to turn these obstacles into opportunities. If you catch me outside of work, you’ll most likely find me spending time with my family. This usually involves all of us tackling the newest DIY renovation project around the farm house. I also like meeting new people over a cup of coffee.
