As a Fiber Sales Executive at AT & T, I am responsible for selling fiber optic and cyber security solutions to small and medium-sized businesses in the South Texas area. I leverage my skills in sales, relationship building, and problem solving to identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and close deals. I also collaborate with the B2B sales team to cross-sell and upsell AT & T products and services to existing and potential clients. I have over two years of sales experience, having previously worked as a Restaurant Server at Universal Orlando Resort, where I delivered excellent customer service, increased sales revenue, and earned multiple recognition awards. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Florida in May 2021, where I learned the fundamentals of marketing, finance, accounting, and operations.
