11 years experience in the fitness Industry personal trainer and teaching a variety of classes. I have a professional dance background starting when I was 3 years old and going to dance college. After several breaks in my foot I fell into insurance starting at Norwich union (Aviva) and then moving onto a brokerage in Fenchurch street. After many years in the industry I was missing being active and teaching so moved into fitness.
