About Courwyn Hill

The majority of my professional experience lies in customer service and finance, but my passion lies in the field of IT and Cybersecurity. I'm currently working at Milwaukee Public Schools as an IT Service Technician where I manage all of the technological assets of six individual Elementary and Middle Schools and provide hands-on technical support. All of my previous customer service positions have honed critical soft skills which, when coupled with my professional managerial experience, allow me to be major asset within my current position by being able to effectively lead projects, manage asset inventory, communicate ideas with coworkers, and provide exceptional customer service to school faculty and administrators. I also bring technical experience to this position through my AAS Degree in Cybersecurity from WCTC, and continue to learn through the daily challenges of bring in technical support. My strengths also include time management, critical thinking, remaining calm under pressure, love of learning, and adaptability. I'm excited where my journey as a Cybersecurity and Communications Specialist has taken me into the field of IT and where it will take me in the realm of Cybersecurity in the future.
