I am a highly experienced Corporate Health & Wellbeing Manager, passionate about the development and management of workplace medical, health, wellbeing and psychological safety programs, and the strategies designed to support a healthy, engaged and high-performing workforce. In my role I play an instrumental part in setting up organisational frameworks, policies and processes that provide the foundation for a whole workforce approach, where every person has the opportunity to improve and sustain their physical, psychological and social health and wellbeing. As the Corporate Health & Wellbeing Manager I have a detailed understanding about the impacts of medical conditions on employee performance and safety, and the benefits of having access to high quality medical and wellbeing services. I have robust experience in observing, monitoring and evaluating the impacts of physical, psychological and social wellbeing interventions on an employees’ performance, safety and job satisfaction. Responsible for global programs and strategies relating to fitness for work/duties, healthy lifestyle habits, phycological safety, workplace injury and illness management and rehabilitation, fatigue management and family support. It also involves skills to collaborate with onsite services and external providers to ensure each employee has access to the help they need, when they need it, and it extends from remote camps and corporate settings, through to organising international medivacs and COVID response management. In addition to the strategic development and implementation of comprehensive health and wellbeing programs, I am also highly experienced in canvassing and engaging the best providers of care, on a global scale, who are extensively experienced and practiced in delivering evidence-based interventions for employee populations.
