I am an experienced Information technology leader and visionary. I am an expert at problem solving, operational management, technology architecture, and automation process analysis. As an IT Manager in local government, I create solutions for difficult automation needs with stringent budget constraints. These range from providing leadership and support for small departmental business applications to enterprise solutions, integrations and custom solutions focusing on varying business objects in 19 different lines of business within the organization. Some of which are: Online citizen solution web sites, Customer Relationship Management, Financial Management System, Geographic Systems, Regional Law Enforcement Records Management, and more. I have been blessed with many opportunities in my career— computer systems help desk, programmer/developer, systems analyst, database administrator, project manager, troubleshooter, manager. From which, I have gained a unique ability to work well with multiple lines of business delivering technology solutions and working with complex challenges of local government. I have worked with various solution deployments and understand the pit falls that many solution providers face. I understand the technical details of why an issue exists and can translate it into the business impact. I face the customer daily and work with them as well as the technical team to bridge the gap between what we have and what is possible… I am always faced with challenges that can be frustrating. This is where I excel as I have a calm demeanor and put my critical thinking to work. I constantly keep sight of the vision of the organization and steer solutions to align. I love technology and building a better tomorrow, working with a great team, and fun making things…anything.
