Yesterday is not good enough for tomorrow but got us where we are today. Through my career, I have established strong sales and business development acumen. I am energized and thrive in environments where I can lead teams in strategic and complex business pursuits while engaging, motivating and aligning internal resources throughout the organization to achieve success. My experience as an executive manager includes building teams of contributors through strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, a practical outlook, and an ability to manage relationships across all layers within my own organization. Additionally, I am able to effectively balance the interests of a wide variety of external stakeholders creating win-win outcomes for Indigenous and business partners, suppliers, contractors and, of course, our clients.
