Hello, I am passionate about over coming challenges and driving innovative solutions in the biotech industry to enhance patient care. I bring a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit, business acumen and proven success in the rare/ultra-rare disease space and product launches. I've also been involved with 3 start-ups and I understand the time, grit, motivation and teamwork that it takes to be successful. My approach is rooted in understanding patient ecosystems, identifying challenges, and seizing opportunities for impactful and innovative interventions and ongoing partnerships with Health Care Professionals and patient advocacy groups. From motivating stakeholders and connecting stakeholders to creating the urgency to identify, treat and or refer suspected patients, I have a proven track record of driving positive outcomes in the rare disease space. I recognize the power of internal relationships and teamwork. This has been instrumental in achieving multiple team awards throughout my career, underscoring my commitment to collaborative success and enhanced my ability to lead cross functional teams with formal authority. Beyond my professional pursuits, I enjoy cooking, reading, trail running, mountain biking and pushing my limits in endurance races. These activities keep me grounded and allow me to eat more pizza!
