About Craig Andres

CRAIG ANDRES (214) 914-9246 craig@funkrealtor.com My business is all about finding the highest and best use opportunities for land or commercial property in North Texas specifically in the areas north of 380 all the way to the Red River that benefits my clients. I specialize in Single Family Rental, Multifamily and Industrial uses as well as property for unique uses such as wineries or distilleries. I leverage my more than 25 years of business development, analysis, financial services and real estate experience to locate incredible opportunities for land development, land packaging or truly high quality buyers for land or commercial disposition. I have unique experience understanding road map of development, municipal infrastructure, regional infrastructure as well as zoning and political environments as it relates to the development of land or commercial property or the disposition or sale of the same. My business is strategic- not transactional and is always rooted at the advisory level with an eye towards locating the nuanced opportunities in an extremely complex and changing real estate market. Opportunity costs are an absolutely critical element to consider in a commercial or land transaction- and reducing that factor along with mitigating as much risk is key to a profitable and satisfying engagement. Please feel free to reach out to me any time. Always willing to engage. Always ready to help someone find their next exciting opportunity! CRAIG ANDRES (214) 914-9246 craig@funkrealtor.com
