About Craig B.

My name is Craig Bice. Over the course of a good life with many varied jobs, I have the required skills to be placed into many roles. This is the basis of my reliable and repeatable business dealings. I wish to extend these skills if you feel a good match with your organizations. I tend toward customer service and data/computer roles in my business life. I have in the past and continue for the foreseeable future work part time for myself as a technical consultant and installer/repair technician. Recently I have finished a Multi Year contract to Arkansas State University on behalf of Xerox from 2016 to 2022, where i was the Lead Technologist and on-site installer/repair for the 300 units there. It is a hobby of mine that I have converted into a revenue source. For example, I completed (Oct 2015) a contract started in May (2015), on the basis of my technology skills to help run a computerized security system at a local business as well as a call service representative and data/entry position, as well as help desk and dispatch duties for other local companies, and now I am looking for a more challenging and respected position. Currently, I have signed up for various online courses that I am still taking with Microsoft and EdX. I am looking forward to some more online classes in the fall of 2024. My educational background has given me a solid understanding of telecommunications and management. My on-the-job training has given me the opportunity to start in, database management, and information gathering. I enjoy working in a job that has a good impact on people, it is a source of joy to be able to help people in need. I volunteer time and resources at various places in my community and it is a part that helps keep me balanced. I have my personal pride that drives me, and friends that I am proud to support and have support me.
