About Craig Badman

Craig is dedicated to the charities of his Masonic Lodge #89 in Annapolis, and is an active Shriner of Boumi Shrine promoting awareness to the resources available for children through the Shriners Hospitals. He is a VP of Mortgage Lending specializing in residential mortgage financing for purchase and refinance transactions. The knowledge and experience that Craig has gained in lending over the past thirty plus years allows him to thoroughly educate his clients throughout the mortgage transaction, so they fully understand their options and feel comfortable with their chosen loan program. Many of Craig’s clients came to him as first time buyers; over the years they purchased new homes, vacation homes and investment properties. They are now referring their kids to him. Craig enjoys the mortgage business because he welcomes the challenges his clients face whether they are first-time buyers or a self-employed borrower purchasing their fifth home. Craig’s priority goal is to have his clients’ expectations exceeded; ultimately resulting a pleasant and successful transaction.
