I am a result’s driven and highly experienced General Manager and Logistics Expert, offering over 30 years of business knowledge and experience working across all aspects of the Logistics and Operations side of the Fresh Food, Retail and Manufacturing industry across Australia and the UK. I can lead and manage the end-to-end business from supply through to delivery. I can also transform and take full ownership of large-scale delivery of programs of works and manage large-scale Warehouse, DC, and Logistics teams of over 1500+ employees. I can comfortably communicate and engage with all levels of a business and have worked across multiple sites and states to successfully drive the delivery of major Change Management and Transformation Projects. I can manage the end-to-end business from supply through to delivery.As a genuine Leader of People, I continually look to enhance and improve our ways of working, championing the key drivers and core values of a business, whilst ensuring we recruit and retain the right level of skills and culture into the teams I lead. My mantra has always been commitment to driving safety, delivering exceptional customer service, and reducing expenditure in an ethical and open way, whilst retaining the best teams possible. Additional expertise in managing the successful design and build of new DC sites, coupled with leading continuous improvement projects. I am able to develop and implement new business processes and procedures to increase time, performance and reach our full potential, whilst maximizing our growth, increase our profits, enhance customer satisfaction and overall results.
