About Craig Barker

With thirty four years of experience in the HVAC field I have served in numerous positions which have enabled me to continually advanced my knowledge. I started out as a part time night dispatcher and within 4 years I was a service manager leading a large service team that generated over $3M in business and completed utility service calls per annum. My experience has allowed me to see the various perspectives of not only the people I have served with but those I have served. I have learned the critical impacts we all have as a team on the customer experience and how this relates to our success as an organisation. My intimate knowledge of the various functional groups and systems involved provides me the ability to quickly identify and correct any challenges. Whether it is working with an upset customer, performance managing/coaching technicians or building and implementing new systems I have all of the relevant experiences and skill sets to solve the challenges and build a winning team that will drive success for all of the stakeholders. I have a proven track record of excellent customer service, both external and internal, a commitment to my team, my customers and to the company.
