I have 27 years of residential mortgage lending experience with a specialization in new home construction financing. I am a member of the National Association of Home Builders, Tampa Bay Builders Association and am an Affiliate of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, I have closed over 2,950 loans. I specialize in jumbo and conventional construction-to-permanent loans as well as construction take out/end loans, lot loans, purchase money loans, VA, FHA & USDA programs. Having an in-depth knowledge of construction financing underwriting guidelines and the intricate financing process I take the time to thoroughly educate my clients on their options, explain in detail how the construction financing process works, set the appropriate expectations and successfully lead them to a smooth closing. I provide training and informational presentations for new construction home buyers as well as realtors and new home sales associates to assist them in better understanding the construction to permanent financing process. I fully educate them on the pros and cons of construction/perm loans compared to construction end loans. I demonstrate how to leverage lot equity for buyers who want to build a new home on their existing lot.
