I began my Elring journey back in 2008 when I was employed as a warehouse operative, within two years I progressed and was promoted to Warehouse Supervisor before being fast tracked into the Sales office.From there I began to build a rapport with the customer base and became more familiar with the sales sector of the automotive industry within the aftermarket. Within the sales office my role was to build relationships with our customers, process orders and deal with day to day enquiries as well as communicate with our product management team on a daily basis in order to maintain a good understanding of the current market. After succeeding for many years as a salesman within the sales office I was promoted to Regional Account Manager & Sales Office Supervisor, which is where I am today. Within my current role I analyse customer sales and expenditure whilst liaising with all customers via phone, email or face to face. Dealing with all enquires and orders on a daily basis as well as supervising our sales team on any issues that may occur throughout a working day.In addition to the above I am the administrator and controller of our electronic ordering systems:TECCOM & E-Parts - Electronic ordering is becoming more and more popular with thousands of customer already subscribed and members of both platforms. These platforms give you an instant price and stock availability at a click of a button. I myself monitor these enquiries/orders and run various reports on lost sales, popular and unpopular products to assist our product management team and sales team.
