About Craig Budsworth

I am a leader in implementing improved processes to deliver benefits to our clients, while reducing cost and increasing revenue to the company. My aim is to ensure that my team has the trust and support to question what we do and how we do it, in order to develop their abilities and in turn lead stronger, more profitable teams. This means that people involved in road traffic accidents get the best advice on how to proceed with their claim with the least impact on their day to day lives. We do this by developing strategies such as creating the case law to support online signing of documents within the civil procedure rules (see Javed v Persjanow 2017), or orders in support of rebuttal evidence (see Gonzales et al 2017) I also deliver external training and advice to solicitors’ practices, other hire companies and associated industries in this field, to ensure that all staff care about every aspect of the accident victim's claim and want to ensure access to justice for everyone. This is about working cohesively together to encourage settlement rather than having to drag people through the court system. My specialism, in debt recovery for claimants following a road accident, led to creating the ABS (Alternative Business Structure) with True Solicitors and AX which has enabled me to further my desire to look after accident victims by working with a company that puts their clients at the very heart of their business. In my spare time I am a mad keen cyclist and British Cycling Ride Leader, riding over miles a year, and completing road bike challenges such as the Rad am Ring (24 hour bike race) or the Cingles des Ventoux (the 3 assents of Mont Ventoux in one day).
