My life long passion has always been to connect people and community. Vice President, Visa 25 years. Director of Operations, Alex Chases Salon 15 years. I believe success comes from the right investment in relationships, with discipline of deeply understanding what clients truly value to build resilient business growth. I managed the US region for small segment with 8 direct reports and 4 consultants. I was the lead for our 5 regions globally working with a team of 8 colleagues to connect the world with a new financial product. I am well versed in unique cultures around world. It was pleasure to work side by side with banks, telecommunication companies and our regional teams to contribute to community and connect the tracks worldwide. We implemented the Visa Business Check Card developing marketing, implementation strategies and communication for client success. I am an effective leader, organized, active listener, approachable interpersonal skills and strategic problem solver. Currently seeking board position at a non profit to bring my 25 years at Visa, 15 years Alex Chases Salon to further contribute to a worthy cause to support and build community.
