I have proven track record of planning and conducting dealership audits, inspecting vehicles, and training / leading team members. I have repeated success in overseeing vehicle dismantling process and tracking business development campaigns. I am expert in establishing and implementing effective operational management plans and introducing changes within organizational procedures for continuous process improvement. I am knowledgeable in how to operate skip loaders, Backhoes, forklifts, and numerous power equipment; acted as Flatbed and tractor trailer trained. I am excellent communicator, as well as have demonstrated ability to build and maintain roust relationships at all corporate levels.
