Every day I strive to help my clients and their companies do things better, and reach litigation resolution and closure. I am a communicator and active listener who can quickly analyze and assess a complex situation, assess the upside and downside risks and objectively present a strategic plan to address and resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.In law, I focus on real estate, serving as a real estate expert witness in jurisdictions across the nation, and actively serving family law clients litigating complex marital dissolutions containing substantial assets and liabilities requiring expertise in the valuation of non-liquid assets and generating creative asset division proposals to keep parties out of court. I am passionate about advancing my client’s matters and creating solutions- linking legal strategy and case plan management that leads to resolution, clarity and your future life plans instead of needlessly time-consuming litigation.Prior to my time at High Desert Family Law Group, I work with another local law firm and previously I served as Vice President of Land Acquisitions and Management at American Land Fund co-leading the real estate acquisition and entitlement team. I also spent several years at Pulte Homes and at “Big Law” and served as a federal law clerk for two federal United States District Court judges.I am a licensed real estate broker since 2004 and a licensed attorney since 1996.
