About Craig Collinson

Accessibility is something that all companies should take into account; on one level it is a legal requirement but on another its means that products can be used by a larger portion of society and why would any company want to limit the scope of their customer base. Accessibility also addresses the needs of people with the degrading of function associated with growing older. Western populations are aging significantly, with the average life expectancy resulting in an increase to the working age; this is a customer base than can only grow I have spent most of my working life working in this field in a variety of roles ranging from Project and Test Management to Consultancy. I have been critical in establishing centres of competence, defining corporate policy and strategy and working with third party suppliers. I have helped to establish and enshrine best practice approaches to requirement gathering and definition, development practices, test strategies and approaches and ultimately user support.
