Background

About Craig Conrad

I am an accomplished Technical Project Manager and Solution Architect with a record of not just delivering challenging projects, but raising the organization's maturity for future projects. My degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, coupled with my curiosity and diverse expertise, give me an instinct for creative solutions, while my Master's in Project Management enables me to deliver project victories to be proud of. My greater joy, though, comes from improving the underlying processes, intellectual capital, tooling and skills such that organizations see ongoing success long after I've left. That is my legacy. In years of global experience in the Banking and Insurance world, I have led teams of five to sixty to define and build complex data migrations in support of mergers, acquisitions and application replacements. As the author of Data Migration methodology and tools and master of both technical and management roles, I am proven effective whether in the war room or the boardroom.According to research, nearly forty percent of all data migration projects fail. If you understand the cost of such failure, in terms of money and reputation, then you know the importance of having the right people involved. I have never had a failed data migration, so consider adding me to your risk mitigation plan. Reach me at +1 (980) 349-6972 or CraigJConrad@gmail.com.
