About Craig Croce

Craig brings extensive knowledge and expertise to ARAC, boasting over 16 years of experience in leading Sales and Operations for Fortune 500 companies. Known for his exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build relationships and trust, Craig earned a B.S. in Financial Economics from SMU in Dallas, TX. After graduation, he joined Hyundai Motor Finance/Hyundai Capital America, where he implemented new processes in asset remarketing and dealer funding departments, enhancing business synergies and efficiencies. His efforts significantly contributed to team growth and brand expansion. In 2011, Capital One Auto Finance enlisted Craig to lead Sales and Operations in the Western Region, aiming to re-penetrate the market and increase market share post-recession. Craig's leadership, influence, and people skills were pivotal in making Capital One the top non-captive lender within signed stores. He also played a key role in the launch of AutoNavigator, transforming the car-buying experience. In 2020, Craig earned his MBA from the University of Richmond, graduating with a 3.8 GPA and serving on the Business Leadership Council. After 14 years with Capital One, Craig joined ARAC in January 2024 to lead Sales and Business Development. Described as a modern-day renaissance man, Craig is passionate about pop culture, food, and sports. He currently resides in Richmond, VA with his wife, three children, and two dogs.
