Craig Davidson is a highly accomplished Security Manager with over 15 years of experience in security operations, emergency preparedness, and leadership across both public and private sectors. As a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Craig brings military-grade discipline, strategic insight, and a mission-first mindset to his role, currently overseeing security operations for 12 Class-A commercial properties across Manhattan under L&L Holding Company. Renowned for his leadership in high-pressure environments, Craig manages a workforce of 100+ officers, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives continuous improvement in operational readiness. His expertise spans across union labor oversight, vendor and contract management, FCC licensing, and the implementation of Fire/Emergency Action Plans (FS-EAPs). In addition to his operational role, Craig is a certified Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor, regularly training security personnel in life-saving techniques. His career foundation includes over a decade of service in juvenile supervision and crisis response with the Los Angeles County Probation Department, as well as financial operations experience with Solomon Page.
