As the Loss Prevention Security Manager at EZCORP, I oversee the security and safety of more than 500 pawnshops across the US. I have 8 years of experience in Security & Management. I hold the ASIS Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification, multiple certifications in LinkedIn, investigative interviewing, and ASIS membership. I am passionate about security, communication, leadership, problem solving, and team work. I use these skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, drive awareness for safety & security policy and procedures, as well as to train and mentor my team. I lead the conceptualization, design, installation, training, and maintenance of my companies' security systems. I am also proficient in investigative techniques, such as surveillance, and audits, and I have successfully assisted with resolving several cases of fraud, theft, and violence. My mission is to protect the assets and people of EZCORP, while supporting its growth and culture. I am always eager to learn new things and to share my knowledge and experience with others.
