About Craig Dawson

As the owner of Media Solutions for over three decades, my professional strengths have been used to design focused solutions for outreach and promotion which I am able to accomplish with a thorough a needs assessment process. I have always had a strong connection to the local community where I have served in various capacities, connecting local businesses with neighborhood organizations, civic organizations and City Hall. I served multiple terns as President of the Inner Sunset Merchants Association over a twenty year span and have been an active member of the UCSF Community Advisory Group and participant in hundreds of CAG meetings since 1992. I am also passionate about our local ecology and environmental issues which, in 2006, led to the formation of the Sutro Stewards, a non-profit environmental stewardship organization. I served as the Executive Director for the programs first 10 years and I am now the Senior Program Advisor, providing continuity to an expanded program. The Sutro Stewards has been a huge success, with tens of thousands of hours already donated to environmental stewardship activities with continued hands-on activities offered multiple times every month. Specialties: • Client needs assessment • Design, produce and manufacture marketing displays and signage • Environmental stewardship and Community Building activities
