Craig Dennis K.C. is a commercial litigator in Vancouver, British Columbia widely recognized for his Dispute Resolution expertise. Craig’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in such areas as product liability, professional liability and shareholder disputes. Craig acts for a wide range of businesses and appears before all levels of court in British Columbia, as well as before the Federal Court and the Supreme Court of Canada. He has also appeared before courts or tribunals in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick and Newfoundland and Labrador. Craig is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the International Society of Barristers and the Litigation Counsel of America and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. An author and speaker for Continuing Legal Education, Craig has published a number of papers on a variety of topics including the admissibility of scientific evidence and privilege. Craig teaches trial advocacy at the University of British Columbia’s Faculty of Law. He is also a member of the editorial board of the Canadian Class Action Review. Craig is a founding partner of Dennis Dawson James Aitken LLP. He began his career as a judicial law clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada.
