About Craig Dickson

In excess of 20 years experience in all aspects of the building industry, including ten years as a highly experienced Construction Manager in large scale commercial fitouts and refurbishments with an overall budget up to $20 million. My responsibilities as a Director of Aligned Management include tender letting and negotiation, design team liaison, dispute resolution, management of cashflow, working within budgets and project managing programs with tight timeframes. I have gained valuable knowledge and experience through my work with industry leading design teams and use my skills to deliver the project goals and objectives within budget constraints. My work is showcased in major client buildings such as USYD, Becton, major financial institutions including Westpac, ANZ and St George, Department of Education NSW & QLD, QLD Police Department and other government headquarters. I am one of the two Directors of Aligned Management I am driven by an ambition to exceed my clients expectation and deliver the project outcomes within time and budget constraints. It is also imperative that this is done without compromising quality whilst providing superior customer service. Specialties: Fit out and Refurbishment of high-end commercial buildings, Educational Facilities, Retail, High End Security, Industrial, Heritage. Project Management of concurrent programs with deadlines, estimation, contract negotiation and construction business management.
