I firmly believe that an organisation's values flow from the top. That's why I'm passionate about ours: talk straight | think smart | be yourself. In any engagement with me or indeed Howard Kennedy, you'll receive an honest and straightforward approach. It's about getting straight to the heart of a matter by saying it like it is. We strip out unnecessary legal jargon and tailor our advice so that it's relevant to you. If our clients say just one thing about us, I'd like it to be that we take the stress out of difficult situations; advising, completing transactions and resolving disputes whenever they need us. Our clients, who are often entrepreneurial businesses and individuals, tell us that they want advisors who understand their business and the markets they operate in. As well as being technical experts, our lawyers are actively engaged in our chosen sectors enabling them to provide more nuanced and practical advice. I'm proud of the journey the firm has undergone.
