About Craig Ferguson

I have been in the Property and Strata Industry since 1988, almost 37 years of gaining valuable insights and experience of what creates and constitutes harmonious and sustainable community living. One of my greatest passions over the years is striving to educate myself and team to be able to deliver the highest standards of service possible so they can provide support, guidance and solutions to Strata Communities to create vibrant living. There is no greater satisfaction for me than working on a development from its inception, watching the ground break, the building rising from the earth and absorbing the energy of a buzzing new community at the first AGM and then watching the continuous appreciation of the asset over time, this never gets old for me. Under the umbrella of The Metro Asset Group, my current companies Metro Asset Management and Strata Development Services provide advice to many of the most innovative and successful property development organizations nationally and internationally for Residential, Commercial and Multi Use Strata Community Schemes and Developments. Our purpose is to provide exceptional service to our clients, maintain a personalized and exemplary service level through seamless management in order to build functioning strata committees to work with to not only live peacefully but to assist them manage their assets. Areas of advisory include Building Management Statements (BMS), Strata Management Statements (SMS) Building Management Committees (BMC). I hold membership with The Urban Taskforce, I sit on the Building Regulation and Strata Sub Commitee and Urban Development Institute of Australia, I hold a longstanding fellowship of The Strata Community Association Member of The Real Estate Institute of NSW.
